What workspace plans do you offer and how much do they cost?
We offer 9 flexible plans to suit every work style:

(lockable, furnished, business hours access)

$199/month (reserved daily desk, monitors available)
Hot Desk (Coworking)
$149/month (flexible hot desking)
Day Office
$25/hour (private office by the hour)

Do you require a long-term contract?
No. All memberships at Rent A Desk Houston are month-to-month. We believe you should stay
because you love the space — not because you are locked in. Private offices may offer
discounted rates for longer commitments upon request.
What is included in the membership?
All memberships include high-speed Wi-Fi, complimentary coffee, printing and scanning, and
access to monitors. Private office and dedicated coworking members also receive meeting room
credits.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. Meeting room bookings beyond your included credits and select add-ons are
priced transparently upfront.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. As your needs evolve, so can your plan. Changes are handled with zero penalties.
Can I use your address for my LLC or business registration?
Yes. Our Virtual Office ($75/month) and Mailbox Service ($50/month) both include use of our
10850 Richmond Ave, Westchase address for LLC registration, business correspondence, your
website, and business cards.

What are your operating hours?
We are open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. All workspace access is during business
hours.
Is parking available?
Yes. Rent A Desk Houston is located at 10850 Richmond Ave in a commercial complex with
ample complimentary surface parking for all members and guests. No garage fees, no parking
stress.
What amenities are included?

• Reception support during business hours
How do I book a meeting or conference room?
Meeting rooms can be booked by phone, email, or through our website. Members with
qualifying plans receive complimentary monthly credits. Non-members are welcome at
$20/hour. Walk-ins welcome based on availability.
Do you offer day passes or drop-in access?
Yes. Day passes are $20/day with full access to the coworking floor. We also offer a 5-Day
Pass at $100. Need a private space? Day Offices are available at $25/hour with no membership
required.
Can I bring my own equipment?
Of course. Bring your laptop and accessories. We provide power, Wi-Fi, and monitors to support
your full setup.
